This session focuses on the dynamics of volcanic processes driven by heat transfer with a particular emphasis on magma transport from the reservoir to the atmosphere. This multidisciplinary session welcomes contributions from theoretical, experimental or numerical models of magma chambers, dikes, sills, conduit flows, magma fragmentation, hydrothermal systems, effusive lava flows, and explosive volcanic columns from small to large scale.
